GET TO KNOW ME, OK?
Someone once told me that my version of 1980s New York City is a place “where good-hearted freaks could live and dream”. I always liked that.
None of my images are real. Drawing on my experience in film, photography, and creative writing, I work with Midjourney A.I. + Photoshop to bring my fictional NYC to life. It’s a world where absurdity collides with the mundane to create a nostalgic universe that’s oddly familiar yet so far away. This is my love letter to the city I adore.
What started as a hobby during a creative rut quickly blossomed into a surprising new career. I’ve been commissioned to create album art, magazine spreads, storyboards, concept art, and videos. My art’s been featured in exhibitions and publications around the world, and I’ve even picked up an international award along the way. So far this has been a really fun ride!
Before entering the world of generative A.I. art, I had the opportunity to direct music videos, national branded video campaigns, commercial work, documentaries, short films and web series. I also briefly had a literary agent (who I don’t think actually believed in me tbh).
I’ve taken my fair share of real photos of real people, too — so you know I’m not a complete poser.
